Makes 16 large cookies
- 1 1/2 cup whole rolled oat
- ½ cup flaxseed meal
- 1/2 cup almond meal
- 2 ½ level tablespoon Brewers yeast
- 4 tablespoon chopped pepitas (pumpkin seeds)
- 1/4 cup stewed apples
- 1 cup desiccated coconut (sugar free)
- 2 tablespoon coconut oil melted
- 2 eggs
- Add a couple of tablespoon water if mix is too dry
Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
Bake at 150°c for 10-15 min or until golden. Recipe makes 16 large cookies.
