Green Gut Juice

- 1 cup spinach leaves
- 1/4 cup parsley
- 1/2 a green apple
- 3 small slices of ginger
- 1/2 of one lemon (include the rind as it has many antibacterial goodies!)
- 1 cup of coconut water
Blend together and enjoy!
