Luxton Immune Boosting Juice

With the colder months fast approaching, our immune systems need a bit of a boost! We are loving refreshing juices this Autumn filled with gut healing ingredients and fibre to repair the gut and pack our bodies with prebiotics. This creates a good bacterial balance in the body which
improves our overall immunity.
- 1 handful of spinach
- 1/2 a green apple
- 3 small slices of ginger
- 1/2 of one lemon (include the rind as it has many antibacterial goodies!)
- 1 cup of coconut water
Blend together and enjoy!
