- 1 x bunch Kale
- 1 teaspoon chilli flakes
- 1 teaspoon Murray River pink salt
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Heat oven to 200 degrees celsius, place baking paper on tray, chop Kale into bit size pieces and sprinkle with chilli, salt and olive oil. Bake in oven for 10 mins or until just crispy. Set aside to cool.
