03 Feb 2015

Have you ever wondered what’s in a Naturopath’s fridge?

At Luxton Clinic, we have a list of ‘staple’ ingredients that we always have in our fridge that reflects our whole food and clean eating philosophy. Having a fridge stocked with the purest and most colourful ingredients is the key to healthy eating. Below is an exclusive list of staple produce that our Naturopath’s and Nutritionist’s keep in their fridges each week. We use a lot of these ingredients in our whole food recipes which can be found throughout our website.
