Hormone Balancing Smoothie

Good fats are so important for balancing hormones. Our Balancing Smoothie is high in good fats that assist our body to absorb and utilise nutrients that are the building blocks for our hormones. They also reduce inflammation and have antibacterial properties ensuring that our gut is functioning at its best. If our gut is balanced, so are our hormones!
- 1 1/2 cups of almond milk or water
- 1/2 avocado
- 1 tablespoon raw, organic cacao powder
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 1/2 banana
- 1/2 tablespoon maca powder
- 1/2 tablespoon psyllium husks
Blend ingredients together.
