Serves 2

  • 1/4 cup fresh/frozen blueberries
  • 2-3 strawberries
  • 1/2 cup milk/water kefir or 2 tablespoons natural yoghurt
  • 1 tablespoon gelatine or collagen powder (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon raw cashews
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon (true cinnamon not cassia)
  • 1 slice of ginger or turmeric
  • 1/2 cup room temperature water

Blend and enjoy!
