Luxton Wellness – Website Terms and Conditions (2025)
Welcome to our website www.luxtonwellness.com.au. This website is owned and operated by Luxton Wellness, ABN 95467505289 (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using this website, including any purchases or bookings made through it, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). These Terms apply in conjunction with our Privacy Policy, and together they form the entire agreement between you and Luxton Wellness.
Your continued use of the website signifies your acceptance of these Terms.
1. ONLINE PURCHASES (SUPPLEMENTS & DIGITAL PROGRAMS)
1.1 Eligibility: You must be 18 years or older, or have a legal guardian's consent to make purchases.
1.2 Personal Use Only: All purchases are for personal, non-commercial use and must not be resold.
1.3 Product Availability: Some products may be temporarily unavailable or back-ordered. We will notify you of expected shipping times or offer a refund if we cannot fulfil your order.
1.4 Pricing & GST: Prices are in AUD and include GST where applicable.
1.5 Payment: Accepted via credit card, debit card, or PayPal.
1.6 Dispatch: Orders are usually dispatched within 1-2 business days of cleared payment.
1.7 Shipping (Domestic): Delivered via Australia Post. Standard shipping is $10, Express $15 (for under 1kg). Larger parcels incur a custom fee.
1.8 Shipping (International): Costs and delivery times vary. Customs/import taxes are the customer’s responsibility.
1.9 Returns & Refunds: We do not offer returns or refunds for any digital programs (eBooks) or supplements, unless required by Australian Consumer Law.
2. ONLINE CONSULTATIONS AND BOOKINGS
2.1 Scope of Service: All consultations are conducted online via secure video call with Sarah Nankervis, a registered Naturopath with ANTA. No physical clinic is operated and there are no other practitioners.
2.2 Booking Process: All bookings are made via our website www.luxtonwellness.com.au. You will receive a confirmation email with a video call link.
2.3 Pricing & Payment: Consultation fees are listed on the website and are payable at the time of booking. All prices include GST where applicable.
2.4 Cancellations: At least 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule a booking. Cancellations within 24 hours will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
2.5 Refunds for Services: Refunds are not provided for consultations already delivered. Please contact us directly with any service concerns.
2.6 Health Responsibility Disclaimer: Online consultations are educational and supportive in nature. They do not replace medical advice. You are responsible for seeking emergency medical attention when required.
2.7 Program Disclaimers: Any online programs, eBooks, or courses are educational in nature and do not replace individual health consultations.
3. GENERAL WEBSITE TERMS
3.1 Amendments: We reserve the right to update these Terms and our website content at any time.
3.2 Consumer Guarantees: Our goods and services are covered by the Australian Consumer Law and come with guarantees that cannot be excluded.
3.3 Social Media Use: By engaging with our content on social media, you agree to adhere to respectful and lawful use. We reserve the right to moderate or remove content at our discretion.
3.4 Third-Party Links & Content: We are not responsible for content on third-party websites or social platforms linked from ours.
